Cutting can be performed in a single direction or bidirectional, across a broad range of adjustable cutting speeds. A rapid return speed is standard for single-direction operation, minimizing cycle times and maximizing production output. The robust main slide travels along rigid, rectangular cross-section, hardened steel guideways, ensuring smooth operation throughout the entire stroke length. Strokes are adjustable to accommodate various broach lengths. All our surface broaching machines are equipped with heavy-duty, high-volume coolant pumps.
